Coins accumulated on your app from January 01 to December 31, 2022 will expire on June 30, 2023.
Please use the coins to redeem gift and voucher before June 30, 2023. In case you do not use coins before June 30, 2023, all accumulated coin in 2022 will be expired and cannot be used anymore.
To know the number of coins that are about to expire, please follow the steps:
- Open the AEONMALL Vietnam app
- Next to “Home” tab, select “Rewards” tab. The interface will display a notice that the number of coins will expire on June 30, 2023.
To use coins, please follow the steps:
- Open the AEONMALL Vietnam app
- Select “E-Voucher” tab
- Next to “Available” select “Redeem” section
- Press “Redeem” with the voucher which is correcpond with your accumulated coins
