TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The programme is available to customers who are registered WAON members on the AEON MALL Vietnam App and have eligible same-day purchases totalling VND 3,500,000 or more. Eligible receipts issued on the same day may be combined to reach the required spending amount.
• Eligible receipts must be issued by stores within AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon. Receipts from AEON Supermarket and AEON General Merchandise Store, including Glam Beautique, Petemo, AEON Bike, Garden Terrace and Daiso, are not eligible.
• The programme does not apply to alcoholic beverages, soft drinks purchased in quantities of two cases or more, tobacco products, lottery products, breast-milk substitutes, or other goods and services prohibited from promotional programmes under applicable laws and regulations.
• For purchases involving gold, silver, precious stones, gift cards or financial services, eligible spending will be determined based on the actual amount paid through a bank transaction. Customers must provide the relevant transaction history from their payment or banking application for verification. Transactions that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible.
• Each customer may participate only once throughout the entire programme period. Only receipts paid on the same day as participation are eligible. Participation is limited to the customer's own registered account, and the use of multiple accounts by the same customer is not permitted.
• Each receipt may be used for one promotional programme only and cannot be reused or accumulated for subsequent participation.
• Splitting receipts or converting the total receipt value into multiple rewards or multiple entries is not permitted. AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon Management reserves the right to reject invalid receipts.
• Customers are requested to present their receipts, purchased goods, payment transaction history and/or WAON point accumulation history when participating. Management reserves the right to conduct random verification of receipts and payment transactions made by card, QR Code or e-wallet.
• A receipt may be considered invalid if the corresponding purchased goods, payment transaction history or required WAON point accumulation history cannot be provided for verification.
• Customers' payment information will be kept confidential and used solely to verify the validity of receipts submitted for participation in the programme.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or other items of equivalent value. Management will not support exchanges from a reward already selected by the customer to another reward.
• Rewards are available in limited quantities. The programme may end earlier than scheduled once all rewards have been distributed.
• Employees and partners working at AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon, AEON Supermarket and AEON General Merchandise Store are not eligible to participate.
