Participation Rules:
- APPLIES ONLY to invoices that are direct coin-collecting transactions on the same day at stores in AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon (Customers scan the QR code to enter the “Participating Vendor List” or visit the website under the “Vendor List” section and check the “Coin-Collecting Vendor” box for more information).
- The program cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Transaction/invoice value cannot be accumulated.
- Customers must bring their Member account on the AEON MALL Vietnam App and registered ID card for verification by the shopping mall staff or partners.
- Each account can receive a maximum of 1 AEON MALL E-VOUCHER per day. E-vouchers are valid for the day only. Expired e-vouchers will not be refunded.
- Management reserves the right to refuse invalid transactions/invoices.
- In case of a POS Payoo error, verification with a timestamped photo or store staff notification to management is required.
- The number of vouchers is limited, so the program may end earlier than expected.
- The program does not apply to employees/partners working at AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon.
- AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon reserves the right to refuse invalid cases. In case of disputes, the decision of AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon is final.

Terms of Use for AEON MALL E-VOUCHER:
- E-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash value.
- Each e-voucher can only be used once.
- A maximum of 5 e-vouchers can be applied to a single shopping invoice; except for GONG CHA store at AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon, which only accepts 1 e-voucher per shopping invoice.
- E-vouchers can be used simultaneously with other promotions from the vendor.
- E-vouchers are valid every day, including weekends, holidays, and Tet.
- No cash refunds will be given for any excess amount if the order value is lower than the e-voucher value. Customers may be required to pay extra if the order value exceeds the e-voucher amount.
- Customers are responsible for keeping their e-voucher code confidential. E-vouchers will not be accepted if they are “lost,” “already used,” or “expired.”
