2. Important Notes
- Please bring your ID (CMND/CCCD) when donating blood.
- Avoid staying up late and consuming alcohol the night before donating blood.
- You can eat normally but avoid drinking milk or coffee before the donation.

- Please arrive before 9:15 AM. After this time, we will accept blood donations based on the actual number of participants. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support.
