The redemption process is quick and convenient, allowing you to easily enjoy the benefits your points bring. Especially, if you haven't installed the AEON MALL Vietnam App yet, quickly download it from your phone's app store or visit the AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon App Counter at Gate D or Gate C1 to not miss this opportunity.

The gift redemption process on the App is extremely simple:

Step 1: Open the AEON MALL Vietnam App => Select the "E-VOUCHER" icon
Step 2: Select the "Redeem Points" tag => Choose your desired gift and click on it
Step 3: Click the "Redeem Voucher" button and confirm to successfully redeem

Terms of Use for AEON MALL E-VOUCHER:

• E-vouchers have no cash equivalent value.
• Applicable when paying directly at stores accepting AEON MALL E-vouchers. Please refer to the detailed store list in the post/on the app or identify by the floor sticker in front of the store.
• Each E-voucher can only be used once.
• A maximum of 05 AEON MALL E-vouchers can be applied per shopping bill; except for GONG CHA stores at AEON MALL Tan Phu Celadon, which only accepts 01 E-voucher per shopping bill.
• AEON MALL E-vouchers can be used concurrently with other promotions from the stores.
• AEON MALL E-vouchers are applicable on all days, including weekends, holidays, and Tet.
• AEON MALL E-vouchers are non-refundable in cases where the payable amount is less than the E-voucher value. Customers may be required to pay extra if the payable amount exceeds the E-voucher value.
• Customers are responsible for protecting their E-voucher codes. E-vouchers will not be accepted in cases of loss, used status, or expiration.
• AEON MALL reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions without prior notice.

We also note that after June 30, 2024, all accumulated points from 2023 will no longer be valid and cannot be used. Therefore, don't let time pass by wastefully; take advantage of this last opportunity to redeem gifts and enjoy the great offers from AEON MALL.
