LIST OF STORES PARTICIPATING IN POINTS ACCUMULATION

From April 1, 2025, the Reward program at AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon will be discontinued and upgraded to the WAON POINT Membership Program – applicable for point accumulation within the WAON ecosystem. Please see the details of the WAON POINT program here.

As a result, any remaining points in customer accounts under the Reward program will no longer be valid starting from April 1, 2025.

To ensure customer benefits, AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon will convert the remaining points (as of March 31, 2025) as follows:

• Customers with a total remaining balance of less than 50 points: Points will be automatically removed.

• Customers with a total remaining balance of 51 - 299 points: Receive a voucher recording the points in the AEONMALL Vietnam app account. Please bring the voucher to the app counter at Gate C1 (opposite Pizza Hut) or Gate D (opposite Lyn) on the Ground Floor to exchange for lucky draw entries (1 entry = 50 points).

• Customers with a total remaining balance of 300 points or more: Receive a voucher recording the points in the AEONMALL Vietnam app account. Please bring the voucher to the app counter at Gate C1 (opposite Pizza Hut) or Gate D (opposite Lyn) on the Ground Floor to exchange for AEON MALL E-vouchers and lucky draw entries (1 entry = 50 points).

Conditions of application:

• Timeframe: April 1 - April 30, 2025

• Eligible customers: Those with an AEONMALL Vietnam account who have selected AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon as their favorite shopping mall between 11:00 PM - 11:59 PM on March 31, 2025

• Applicable for verified eKYC accounts only. No authorization, third-party claims, transfers, or multiple accounts per person are allowed.

• Management reserves the right to refuse any ineligible cases.

• Voucher values will be converted according to the customer's remaining points, starting from the highest denomination. Available denominations: 30,000 VND – 50,000 VND – 100,000 VND – 200,000 VND – 500,000 VND (subject to availability).

• Any remaining points after conversion will not be carried over or refunded in any form.

• The program does not apply to employees/partners working at AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon.

Examples:

• Account A has 1,560 points → Can redeem: 1 AM E-voucher 100,000 VND + 1 AM E-voucher 50,000 VND + 1 lucky draw entry

• Account B has 2,130 points → Can redeem: 2 AM E-vouchers 100,000 VND + 2 lucky draw entries

• Account C has 175 points → Can redeem: 3 lucky draw entries

1. Points Accumulation Steps

Step 1: Download the App and Register information on the AEON MALL Vietnam App.

Step 2: Present your Member Code information to store staff to accumulate points.

Step 3: Check the Transaction History section to verify the accumulated points. If the corresponding points are displayed, it means you have successfully accumulated points.

2. Points accumulation guidelines:

• 1 point = 10,000 VND.
• Customers participating in points accumulation must be registered members on the AEON MALL Vietnam app.
• Accumulated points will be displayed on the app within 24 hours.
• Not applicable to bills from the supermarket area and AEON grocery center.
• Customers can accumulate points with any purchase at stores listed in the points accumulation program at the shopping mall.
• Points accumulation is only possible when customers use Payoo for payment and receive a receipt from the POS machine.
• In case of forgetting to accumulate points at the store, customers should keep the Payoo payment receipt and contact the Information Counter for retroactive points accumulation.
• Management reserves the right to reject invalid bills.
• System errors leading to incorrect results will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
