You can redeem WAON vouchers using the WAON points you have accumulated by following these steps:

If Members want to use the WAON Voucher for payment, they need to provide the WAON Voucher QR code on the Mobile App for the cashier to scan before confirming the transaction.
Any WAON points available will be redeemed for WAON Vouchers first.
WAON points are valid for up to two (02) years from the date the points were credited to the Member’s Account for the first time after registration. The first month of point accumulation will be considered as the reference month.
From the second year onwards, the expiration date for accumulated WAON points will fall on the last day of the reference month.
The voucher redemption policy may change according to promotions or at different times.

Voucher options: There are 6 different denominations available
(VND 10,000 Voucher, VND 30,000 Voucher, VND 50,000 Voucher, VND 100,000 Voucher, VND 150,000 Voucher, VND 300,000 Voucher).
In case you have confirmed the WAON Voucher redemption but cannot find the redeemed voucher in the "Your Vouchers/Coupons" tab, you can contact the Customer Service Department of ACS Vietnam Trading Co., Ltd.
