From April 1, 2025, AEONMALL Vietnam proudly introduces the WAON Membership Point Program – WAON POINT, bringing customers an even more exciting experience!
The "WAON Membership Point Program", also known as the "WAON Point Program" (referred to as "the Program" or "WAON POINT Program"), is a promotional loyalty program by ACSTV and Participating Partners. It is designed for frequent customers of Participating Partners, including AEON MALL Vietnam, AEON Vietnam, and other partners within the WAON ecosystem.
Earn points: Every 10,000 VND spent = 1 WAON POINT
Redeem points: 100 WAON POINTS = 1 WAON Voucher worth 10,000 VND
Point validity: Up to 2 years
Various voucher denominations: 10,000 VND, 30,000 VND, 50,000 VND, 100,000 VND, 150,000 VND, 300,000 VND
Applicable at: All shopping locations within the WAON POINT ecosystem
To earn WAON POINTS when shopping at AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon, follow these steps:
Open the AEON MALL Vietnam app and select AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon as your favorite mall.
Tap on the "Earn Points" icon.
Show your WAON ID barcode on the app to the cashier after completing payment.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
AEON MALL Tân Phú Celadon only allows WAON POINT accumulation for non-cash transactions via PAYOO POS machines provided by the mall. Payments via bank transfer or cash will not earn points.
If members wish to use WAON Vouchers for payment, they must present the WAON Voucher QR code on the app to the cashier before confirming the transaction.
For customers who already have the AEON MALL Vietnam app, a conversion process is required to start earning WAON POINTS. If you encounter issues, please visit the App Counter at Gate D for assistance.
You can redeem WAON Vouchers using your accumulated WAON POINTS by following these steps:
Go to "Voucher" → Select "Redeem Points" → Choose "WAON Voucher".
Select the voucher value you want to redeem.
Tap "Redeem Voucher" and confirm the redemption.
Redemption is complete, and your WAON Voucher will be available for use.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
If a member wants to use a WAON Voucher for payment, they must present the WAON Voucher QR code on the app to the cashier before confirming the transaction.
Older WAON POINTS will be converted into WAON Vouchers first.
WAON POINTS are valid for up to two (2) years from the first credited date after registration. The first accumulation month is considered the reference month.
From the second year onward, the expiration date for accumulated WAON POINTS will be the last day of the reference month.
Voucher redemption policies may change based on promotions or specific conditions.
After confirming WAON Voucher redemption, members can check their redeemed vouchers in the "Your Voucher/Coupon" tab.
If a WAON Voucher does not appear in the "Your Voucher/Coupon" tab after redemption, please contact ACS Vietnam Customer Support
