Since 2018, with a vision to enhance the experiences of young Vietnamese, the dedicated founders of Chidori Hospitality introduced the Coffee in Bed concept from Japan to Vietnam. The teas served at Chidori, including Sencha, Houjicha, and Genmaicha, are directly imported from traditional tea farms in Japan, preserving their authentic 1,000-year-old flavors for customers to enjoy. Alongside tea, Chidori also offers carefully curated coffee sourced from farms in Da Lat, emphasizing quality and safety. The coffee is roasted by a Japanese artisan to ensure every cup is rich in aroma and superior in taste.
