    • Bạn vui lòng mang theo giấy CMND/CCCD khi đến hiến máu.
    • Đêm hôm trước ngày hiến máu không thức quá khuya, không uống rượu bia.
    • Có thể ăn uống bình thường, tuy nhiên không uống sữa hay cà phê trước khi hiến máu.
